Founder and Director Lydia Kilcullen recently co-authored an article entitled ‘Measuring and Accounting for Outcomes in Australian Human Services Charities’.
The article, co-authored with colleagues Paul Flatau, Sarah Adams and Zoe Callis was published in the Third Sector Review Vol. 26 No. 1 2020.
An analysis of survey data from human services charities in WA found that while measuring outcomes was common in the sample, these outcomes are not often publicly reported.
