FRED was engaged by COCWA to develop a solution to measuring the financial performance and social impact of funded projects, programs, and/or initiatives. The goal was to strengthen the internal capacity within individual Churches while simultaneously building engagement, cohesion and trust between Churches and COCWA. Project outputs included templates and guidelines for business plans, funding applications, and social impact measurement.
